It had to happen sooner or later…. Pulled 14 quills out of Dodger and 27 from Gordon. Pliers at camp you ask? Nope, I pull them out with my teeth! This has always proved to be the best method for me. You get a few out at a time this way and don’t need glasses.

Chickadee Behavior
Grayson and I watched intently as three chickadees worked together to removed rotted wood from a stump. Emily and I found another chickadee nesting cavity on our walk as well.
